We are a small southern Cyprus business that strive for excellence and personal attention to our customers. A happy customer will return many times to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

We have been marketing our own properties on the internet for over 10 years. We realised just how important to our business this was.  

Over the years  friends asked if we could add their properties to our home pages at www.kontoyiannis.com that we decided we needed a new website that would allow us to include other properties in Cyprus so they could also benefit from a live online booking system.

We strive to provide a travel experience that is personal, enjoyable, reliable, stress free and trustworthy and importantly at the best rate available.

Our partners are all in various areas of the travel/hospitality  business and bring a diverse wealth of knowledge to help us achieve our aim.  This diversity allows us to source some  outstanding extras for our holidays

Our properties are all chosen carefully to allow our guests to experience the "real" Cyprus that we are so passionate about.

Subject: Holiday 2007

Dear Chris and John,

It's now nearly two weeks since our return to the UK,
and we are still basking in the warm glow of the
memory of our wonderful stay at Kontoyiannis House,
and wishing we were still there amidst the vines,
plants and flowers.

We can't thank you enough for your truly lovely
accommodation. It is the most perfect base for a
holiday in glorious Cyprus, and added so much to our
happy time. Comfortable, well equipped, clean and
beautifully maintained, it is a real home from home,
and is a  reflection of your care and concern (special
thanks to John for all his friendly visits!).

The village is simply perfect, and the villagers so
friendly and welcoming. We so enjoyed just 'being
there', as well as the location being ideal as a base
for exploring the glories of the island.

Thank you for making our holiday one to remember and
treasure, and we are looking forward to coming back to
Kalavasos in the future.
