Advanced Booking Deposits

For those who would like to book in advance ( more than 90 days) to secure their preferred holiday dates we have included the option to pay a 20% deposit to book ahead for their preferred holiday.

Please check the availability date for the villa or apartment that you wish to stay at and also any villa number or name and add it to the form below. If there is no availability for the accommodation of your choice please include your preferred dates as we may be able to offer some alternative for you.

Please complete the form below and our site administrator will get back to you within 24 hours confirming the reservation and with a link to our payment processor Paypal, or details of other payment options available.

Guests that pay a deposit must pay in full 30 days prior to the starting date of the holiday. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday the "Booking Service" cancellation clause will be applied.

Terms for Advanced Booking Deposits

The "Booking Service" cancellation clause is as follows:

Deposit is 20% of the total booking amount and all deposits are non refundable.

More than 3 months	20% deposit only
Less than 3 months	20% + 20% = 40% of total
Less than 2 months	20% + 40% = 60% of total
Less than 1 month	20% + 60% =80% of total
Less than 15 days	20%+ 70% = 90% of total
No show (7 days or less)	20% + 80% = 100% of total
