Cancellations:
Twenty percent deposit required in order to confirm reservation.? No refund on deposit. 50% on due amount will be taken if this booking is cancelled 7 days before booking date or there is a no show.? It may be possible in some cases to transfer some of this amount to a later holiday, this is at the discretion of management.
The administration fee on refunds is €35.00

The beach, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, local nature trails. horse riding nearby and waterparks in both Limassol and Larnaca.
Local Attractions:
Governor's Beach apart from it's excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkeling, boating, fishing or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal water. There are many visible places in the area like the 2 Neolithic villages situated 3 kilometers away. There are a horse riding center near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker center
