Cancellations:

All villas require a security breakage deposit of 400 euros. This will be invoiced separately after your booking is received. This is returned after the villa has been inspected. If there has been any damage then the guest is informed and the amount is deducted from the deposit. 5.9a The "Booking Service" cancellation clause is as follows: Deposit is 20% of the total booking amount and any deposits are non refundable. All bookings are deemed to have a 20% deposit component that covers the cost of our webmaster, site promotion, local Cyprus advertising, search engine optimisation and other costs. Reception Information:

Directions are included in your confirrmation letter. The owner will see you either on your day of arrival or the next day. You will receive your key code by a separate email after the booking has been confirmed by the owner. These codes are generated by the owner and are different for each booking. Please print the directions and the key code number and take with you.

Getting There:

Directions The villa is easily reached from the main air and sea ports of Cyprus via the A6 dual carriageway that links the major centres of Cyprus. The approximate travel time to the Villa is about 25 minutes from Paphos (Pafos) International Airport and 90 minutes from Larnaca International Airport From Pafos Airport There is only one exit road from the airport, which you'll follow for about 4 kms until you reach the old B6 coast road. At this T junction, turn right and after a short while, join the A6 dual carriageway heading to Lemesos. 1.Take the first exit on the A6 that is signposted for Pissouri, 2.then turn right and head on down to the old B6 road. 3.At the T junction, turn left onto the old road and go down the hill for 2.2 km. Where the road begins to flatten out, 4.Take a RIGHT to Pissouri Jetty./ Pissouri Bay (same thing) 5.Follow the signs to Pissouri Jetty / Pissouri Bay (same thing), and Columbia Beach Resort for 3.1 km 6.The villa is on your left hand side. You will find on a stone wall signposted "VINELAND PISSOURI BAY"- it’s 150m BEFORE The Vine Leaf Tavern. If you come to The Vine Leaf Tavern you have gone too far. 7.Turn left from "VINELAND PISSOURI BAY "- and look for your villa 8.At the entrance of the villa on the wall you will see the number of your villa From Larnaca Airport Take the first exit on the roundabout as you exit the airport. Where you should follow the signs to Lemesos You will travel through Lemesos, where you should follow the signs to Pafos. 1.Take the first exit on the A6 that is signposted for Pissouri Jetty./ Pissouri Bay (same thing ) This is third exit AFTER you come out of the tunnel) . 2.This will lead you down to the old B6 road (1.2 km), At the T-Junction turn RIGHT 3.And then immediately LEFT to Pissouri Jetty./ Pissouri Bay (same thing) 4.Take a LEFT to Pissouri Jetty./ Pissouri Bay (same thing) 5.Follow the signs to Pissouri Jetty / Pissouri Bay (same thing), and Columbia Beach Resort for 3.1 km 6.The villa is on your left hand side.
